I got a CD in the mail the other day

From, Warp Records, 285 W. Broadway Ste 950, New York, NY 10013. The CD: PIVOT, Church With No Magic. WARPCD 198.

I get random mail-- have you noticed? Last random package was from Lars. It was a Wolf T-Shirt and 5 lbs of coffee. I liked getting it.


Yesterday, I got this CD.

My conclusions: I looked throught the credits and there was only one name I recognized: Alex Smith. The problem with this recognition is that it is such a generic name. So, it could or could not be him. Alex Smith is a guy I met on the Metra about 3 months ago. We are friends on facebook- My address for sending things is available to friends on facebook. Maybe? Then I realized they are a EU ba

Other ideas? I have an old friend to whom I no longer speak, he used to send me random things. I sent him a random note not too long ago-- so maybe he sent it to me. Who knows.

All I know, is that this is very odd. But, I like a mystery.

I sent an e mail to the company who sent the CD. A girl wrote back. We'll see soon enough friends. We'll see.
