Right. OK Put a bench here... and don't expect people to sit here.
This is what I think: they put this here so lazy creepy cops can give homeless people tickets for being unattractive-- because they were warned not to loiter... right?
I would love an experiment where I paid a homeless person to sit on the bench for 45 minutes and not move... drinking a cup of coffee. And then.. put a pretty girl with a Bloomingdale's bag on the bench. Who would get the ticket? Obviously the girl, because she could afford it, right?
oh well.
No I didn't make her pose. She just did it for me... I swear.
