Security Interests, Article 9, Liens. Stuff I didn't learn in law school-- it all seems so important... and I don't understand/ know any of it.

The specific excludes the alternative. I would like to take a class on this next semester.. actually, it's my new years resolution for next year to read the UCC next year. I am sure this will go exactly how my goal to read the book of Mormon a few years back, or the Bible several times-- or to learn 2 new hymns each week... really any attempt to better myself and set goals based on the new year. I think the difference is this: THE UCC IS THE UCC. I want to know the subsections and chapters like I know the Bible. In the third article sub section 3.. ooooh to sound so knowledgeable about a secured transaction. That would make me look super sexy in a suit. Bet your bottom dollar.

I think I want to get a leather bound copy. And use a thin pencil to under line it. Like my father used to do in his bible.

Matt is super handsome in fall clothes. He has all these nice sweaters that have matching button down shirts underneath. He looks snazzy. I saw a girl looking at him yesterday. So I put my hand on his elbow.... just saying.
