Let me spare you the misery of pretending to be a Citzen of the World.

Here is the news flash: Thai people don't use chop sticks.

You are welcome. Now you know.

I see it a lot. Some guy comes to a thai place on a date-

He wants to show off-- the wait staff brings him a spoon and fork

He says, "excuse me, can we have some chop sticks."

The waitress looks at him like, "listen here you dumb racist, we don't use chop sticks-- Chinese do." And then she brings them.

Thai people eat with a spoon and fork. They use the fork to push food into the spoon and then they eat it. That's it. No chop sticks. now you know.

So next time, you go to a restaurant that is THAI.. don't ask for chop sticks.. it just makes you look stupid.

Quit trying so hard.
