Last night Matt and I were walking around downtown/ shopping for clothes for him. (he bought a ton of stuff)
I think in order to make himself feel better about his purchases, because he knew I would say yes, he decided to propose.
He tried to propose in the elevator that we met in a little over two years ago.... but, some lady got in the elevator with us-- you would have thought she would notice that she was unwelcome.... oh well. SO we got off and he proposed outside the elevator. On the fitness center floor of the Intercontinental.
I said "of course I will marry you." before he got to finish proposing.
That's that.
I kind of hate to take it off to get it sized properly.
PS. The picture above does not do this ring justice. Yes, I saw blood diamond.
Cutting him off is better than lauging at him.

For my part, Lucy was already nodding and had tears streaming down her face before I was like 1/3 of the way through my proposal.
