Or.. i caught myself.
Or.. whatever

Today, while receiving and replying to a text from Matt... I rear ended someone.
There are a whole pile of truths in this last sentence. Truths that no one needs to know. And least of all Nate, Jim, Christian, or Jamie.
1. I text while driving.
2. I text Matt on a regular basis. About nothing... and I don't really know him.
3. I rear-ended someone.
4. the text was a reference to "the wolf pack" from Hangover. dumb, really.
5. I was driving my car instead of the pickup-- to get wood from menard's because I didn't want to fill the truck with gas.
I get what I deserve... and sometimes more.
I get what I deserve. It's true:
You deserve to rear end someone if you text and drive. Better yet, when it is not necessary... when it is just conversation. It's not like my dad texted saying "Steph's in the hospital-- go there.." and I was like "ok"
But what I don't deserve is this.
The lady got out of the car and looked at her rear- bumper... saw a fairly large scratch and said, "well, merry christmas.. you deserve it." She had a New York Accent akin to Lauren's. She drove away.. that was it.
The karma: I should have been in the truck: then the boards would have been in the bed-- and not slid forward and broken my rear view mirror. Overall, I believe in good fortune. Afterall, yesterday, a woman bought my bagel because it was the holidays.... nice people... really.
More good fortune: I saw a picture of a guy I kissed once not to long ago-- with a stripper looking girl sitting on his lap with another chick pouring jim beam in his mouth. .... and I thought, yes... it is a good thing that didn't work out.
Really, I think as an over all picture: without pulling apart all bad things in my life and analyzing it to death:
I am lucky, are you?
Count your blessings... after your stupidity. It's easy.
Big hair is back, so I've heard:
Boo to car accidents but glad it wasn't too much drama. Your hair is ridiculous! Miss you.
