immanent apprehension of unlawful contact.

You know you've gotten annoyed with a conversation when you put in your ipod and listen to Barbri lectures to avoid listening to the lady in the bus behind you.

Actually, though, I kind of like listening to this guy.... GOOOD IDEA....?

It also reminds me of everything I know- everything hidden in my brain somewhere. This lady has started talking again.

My favorite thing she said is that her dog ate her dentures.. now, thanks to my ipod-- I don't hear anything but little squawks in the back of my left ear... She's getting louder-

Now, I'm learning about False Imprisonment.

1. Intent to confine. (Certain Fixed Boundaries)
2. conduct must result in confinement. (must be confined)
3. Aware of confinement or harmed by it. (exception- children kidnapped)
4. Physical force, barriers, or present threats of force. False arrest...

Bounded area: need not be small, a room, or a home... but can it be in your own mind. Stranding someone in a remote desert-- still false imprisonment.

Gang.. SHOP KEEPERS PRIVILEGE...

I took my headphones out- she's talking about Japanese people now. ufda.
