Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

It's kind of crazy... this doctrine of law. It's my dream to sue a ho.

here's the hypo.

A ho does something extreme and outrageous in her ho-ish-ness that goes beyond all bounds of common decency.

That Ho causes such great harm that the plaintiff suffers bodily harm and injury including those listed below.

Punitive damages. Olay!

2. Plaintiff must suffer SEVER emotional distress. Fright, Horror, Grief, Humiliation, Embarrassment, Anger, Worry, Nausea. So grief counts. So does humiliation....

Why wouldn't everyone sue a ho for that action in every divorce, because lets face it-- hos cause divorce.

I get so excited.. wonder what the statute of limitations is. I get so excited about this cause of action it nearly makes me wiggle. That and Adverse Posession. These two things in the law are so JUST and fantastic I can barely stand it.
